About Me

I’m Christopher Kaminski, a Notary Public commissioned in Durham County.  I started this service because I got frustrated with traditional  outlets becoming unreliable or unavailable.  I aim to provide simple, easy mobile Notary services directly to you when you need them.  I will come to your home, your office, or anywhere in between like a favorite local café.   Common documents include Wills, Title Transfers, Loan Signings, Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Divorce Agreements, Visa and Immigration Documents, Living wills, Medical Power of Attorney, Name Change, and more.

I serve Durham and some of the cities immediately around.  If you are further away, call and I can give you a quote.

$50 covers my travel and 20 minutes at your location in Durham or Chapel Hill.  $75 for Cary and Morrisville

Checklist

  • You will need a government-issued picture ID for any person signing or witnessing,

  • Have all of your documents ready when I arrive.

  • Do not pre-sign any paperwork.

  • If your documents need a witness, please have your witness present. I can not act as both your notary and your witness.

  • Note:  I am prohibited from helping you understand your documents.  I can not help you complete them, I can only validate your signature through the notary process.

  • I can not Notarize incomplete documents.  When you sign your document in front of me, it should be the last marks on the document.
